The terraces measure 12m² and 18m², from here you have a beautiful view of the mountains of Montafon.
Sporting equipment storage room
In a heated room next to the garage you will find mountain bikes, a hanging facility for winter sport equipment, a ski boot dryer & heating.

There are two parking spaces in front of the house. These They have an e-fueling facility which can be used for an additional charge.
