All apartments have have high speedWiFi with streaming quality. Hospitality and a high standard are of course inclusive! There are also enough parking spaces for all apartments, possibly with electric hook-ups. Hospitality is very important to us. That is why all our guests can expect a selected bottle of wine to set the mood for their holiday.
Sustainable energy for your holidays
The protection of our environment and sustainability is very important to us, the Trautmann family. We produce 50% of the energy needed to power the lights, heating and service water in our apartments ourselves! All of our apartments profit from district heating (sustainable and local wood processing), thermal water production or photovoltaic. This makes us pioneers in the area of commercial holiday rental in the Montafon.

The Haus an der Litz is centrally located directly on the beautiful Litz hiking trail with a view of the magnificent mountains of the Montafon. You can reach the village centre on foot in 1 minute. "Familie Trautmann" has renovated the 250 year old beautiful art nouveau house in Schruns in the Montafon with great attention to detail and with authentic building materials.

A small but nice "Studio Panoramablick" with 36m2 for up to 2 persons. The apartment "Kapellblick" with 78m2 offers space for 3 to 6 persons with a large terrace and balcony. Last but not least the newly restored flat "Mittagspitze" with space for 4 to 8 persons, for the warm season with a great garden. The flat is handicapped accessible and wheelchair accessible. In the garden of the house you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Kapellmassiv and the Tschagguns Mittagspitze.
